Free telephone consultations during COVID-19 Pandemic

During the COVID-19 pandemic, CRGW will be periodically be offering free 30 minute telephone consultations appointments to attempt to respond to new patients who have been contacting us with fertility concerns.

It is likely that demand for these consultations may exceed the amount of appointments we have (while restricted to not seeing patients in person due to social distancing) but we will try to accommodate those patients who complete the form below.
