A Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW) team completed a routine announced inspection of CRGW, on 5 December 2018. The ensuing report was published this week on 6th March. HIW explored how the service at CRGW complied with the Care Standards Act 2000, requirements of the Independent Health Care (Wales) Regulations 2011 and met the National Minimum Standards for Independent Health Care Services in Wales.
The CRGW team are delighted that the inspection and the following report were flawless. HIW did not find a single concern or highlight even a single area of potential improvement at the clinic.
The results of such inspections confirm to us that we are offering the level of service and care that we expect and assures our patients that they are receiving an optimal patient experience with safe and effective care which has the highest quality of management and leadership.
