At the time I came to you I had just about given up. The nhs nearly broke me and to be honest had it not have been for my family I wouldn’t have gone again!

I was scared, bruised internally and externally and I honestly did not believe it would happen.

From the first time I came to the clinic, I knew there was something different. The staff, the atmosphere everything - it was different. It felt more positive and more like everybody actually cared if it worked or not! Like it was their journey too. You spoke about when and not if and that changed the way we all looked at it too.

I wanted to thank Yvonne for all her expertise since the beginning. Yvonne is consistently professional and knowledgeable. She was aware of what was needed and showed her expertise, experience and knowledge during all aspects from stimulation to egg collection. This is despite me doubting everything!! She showed how caring she is during ivf and post egg collection, even calling me to see how i was afterwards. She always put me and my health first. I have felt her honesty throughout the process reassuring and trustworthy.

I would also like to thank Debbie for also her expertise and caring nature. Thanks to Jodie for being there with my painful cyst. I have never felt embarrassed or confused during all consultations and scans and all nurses and are a credit to the profession. All three have great communication skills and are genuinely caring.

Also thanks to Amanda for her amazing skills ....she knows my ovaries and how they work!! She is amazing during transfer and must do the next! Also thanks for everyone for taking my calls such as receptionists and embroyologists. I can't recommend CRGW more. Without your amazing knowledge our hopes of being parents wouldn't have been possible.
