Practice Manager Post


We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team to become responsible for: The day to day running and organisation of the clinic, especially to take charge and manage the admin team. All aspects of staff management. Organisational strategy and development including staff training. Good interpersonal and communications skills.To facilitate good communication between all members of the team. To promote teambuilding, teamwork and cooperation to engender motivation and commitment to meeting the clinic objectives. To ensure that the team is aware of practice goals/objectives and understand their role in achieving them. IT skills Responsible for performance monitoring and evaluation against quality standards, to manage the clinics Quality Manual and ensure all protocols and audits are under taken Human resource management, including interviewing, appraisals, performance and absence management,annual leave. Development of policies and procedures, including HR, Health & Safety and IT Providing a full business support service including premises management,health and safety management and service delivery. Management of patient participation, including handling and resolution of patientsí complaints. Undertaking analysis of significant events and serious incidents. Discussing and sharing learning points across the practice team. Ensuring compliance with legal and business requirements, e.g. Clinical Governance, Information Governance, Confidentiality, etc
